This online, instructor-led course introduces the core principles of project management with a focus on environmental and sustainable energy initiatives. Students will learn to manage projects through all key phases—initiating, planning, executing, controlling, and closing—while developing essential skills in leading teams, managing resources, and meeting project goals. Both technical and human aspects of project management are explored, including budgeting, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
