Working with industry, Lakeland College developed this online program to evaluate and validate wellsite supervisor competencies. Choose from either the Drilling Supervisor OR Completions Supervisor certificates. This competency-based program is a 3-step process: 1. online - knowledge review and self-assessment, competencies 2. quizzes 3. on-site assessment by a regional validator After you complete the online quizzes, you'll notify Lakeland of online completion and request an on-site validation. A certification of completion will be issued after successful completion of online competencies and on-site validation. Applicants are encouraged to review the program requirements.
