You'll start in the classroom with 4 hours of theory covering:
- body construction
- analyzing body damage
- rust removal procedure
- panel replacement procedures
- body integrity concerns
- accident damage repair procedures
- structural repair procedures
- panel alignment
- gapping procedures
Your practical lab will time will be spent truck cabs, removing and replacing rockers, cab corners, and floors. As needed, you may also do pillar repairs and floor sill replacements.
