Lakeland College offers a popular weekend series of Street Rod Restoration workshops. Join us for the whole series or pick and choose the topics that interest you. Learn from our passionate and experienced instructors in our state-of-the-art shop located just west of Lloydminster. These workshops are perfect for the hobbyist who would love to learn proper techniques of restoring vehicles or someone considering a career in autobody. Must be 16 to register. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! *****MICRO-CREDENTIALS AND STREET ROD TECHNOLOGIES CERTIFICATE**** Beef up your knowledge and your resume by earning a micro-credential for each 2-day weekend workshop you complete. ‘Stack’ your micro-credentials and work towards a Street Rod Technologies Certificate. Certificate requirements include successful completion of the following 5 micro-credentials: 1. Introduction to Restoration /Sheet Metal Welding Micro-credential 2. Basic Sheet Metal Shaping Micro-credential 3. Advanced Sheet Metal Shaping /Braking & Steering Systems Micro-credential 4. Panel Restoration/ Replacement Micro-credential 5. Body & Paint Micro-credential
