You will learn a clear chain of command, efficient, accurate communications, split-second thinking, accurate decision-making, and your role on a team that instantly gels. Our training is for a wide range of people who would have roles in municipal, industrial, or institutional emergencies. This includes fire, police, EMS, public works, social services, and elected officials. You can train at ETC, or we can take the course to you. As, well we can tailor the course length and content to your specific needs.
